Outstanding issues of personality readyness to choose the profession and to self-development in the field of psychology: Theoretical aspects

Abstract

The results of the analysis of personality professional developmentcourse are considered in this paper. The author notes that choosing a profession is successfulonly if the person focuse don improvement, takes into account the following three factors–his/her desires, capabilities and needs in the field of human resource management in the area where he/she lives. Theoretical approaches to the problem of harmonious personal development, combined with special theoretical and applied skills gaining in the course of obtaining a qualification during the period of initial professional development and improvement of professional development due to the performance of necessary roles and duties are summarized in this paper. The author emphasizes that professional development, in addition to the need of meeting the requirements of certain activities, should be considered in interdependence with the solution of professional tasks which are constantly overloaded and push to master new useful, unique and virtuous skills
